Lack of water and water supply contradiction in China become increasingly severe. Report says, China is pretty severe poor in water resource per capita. McKinsey, a firm of international consultants, forecasts that population of China is expected to be 1.6 billion by the year 2030 and on the occasion annual per-capita water consumption would reach 1700 m³, annual water demand 8180 m³ and water supply shortfall 2010 m³.During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, China’s government will invest for more than 1 trillion Yuan in Industrial sewage treatment plant, Municipal sewage treatment plant, agriculture .etc. Severity and importance of water problem has become the consensus from all walks of life. The central and local government has placed the water problem in an important position.  Water industry will become one of the fastest growing industries in the future in China.
